Returns & Refunds If something isn't right, contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to arrange a return. - Items must be unused and in their original packaging. - Quote your ACP order number when requesting a return. - Faulty or incorrectly supplied items are covered under the Consumer Guarantees Act. - Approved refunds are processed back to your bank account once the item is received and inspected.
