The ACTi E82 camera has motion detection ability allowing you to know when an intruder is present. This camera sounds an alert whenever motion is detected in any of the four configurable regions. Once an alarm is sounded, the operation center is notified and upload of video to your server begins. Emails including snapshots are also sent to specified individuals and ACTi E82 can command other devices.
The ACTi E82 features a progressive scan CMOS image sensor. This sensor provides you with crisp clear images of with resolution of up to 2048 x 1536 at a recording speed of 15 frames per second. The progressive scan CMOS sensor is so sensitive that you can record at the higher rate of 30 frames per second and still get high quality resolution of 1920 x 1080.
ACTi E82 is designed to be used in both day and night conditions. The mechanical IR cut filter and 15 IR LEDs allow you to take video in as little as 0 lux of illumination. The weatherproof and vandal proof casing allow you to put the camera outdoors where you need it most. ACTi E82 features Power over Ethernet power supply allowing you to put it anywhere regardless of whether or not you have a power supply available.
