About – The Desktop reader with Keyboard Output is designed to sit next to a PC connected by USB. For use with 3rd party applications or to generate a token number when Net2 software is not installed locally – For example when accessing Net2Online via a browser (Pro feature). For the standard addition of tokens via Net2 we would recommend the Net2 desktop reader – USB
Installation – Simply plug into the USB port. No other connections are necessary. Additional workstations can also have desktop readers.
Operation – If a token or card is presented to the desktop reader then it will populate the field that the cursor is in.
