The Nice Smoke-Control is a compact sensor for detecting smoke at an early stage. The sensor is equipped with an optical sensor, temperature sensor, audible alarm and LED indicator. The temperature sensor is configurable via the gateway. The Smoke-Control can be mounted on a wall or ceiling. The LED indicator signals an alarm and the operating mode, e.g. as a range tester. This shows whether the device is in a Z-Wave network.
The module is intended for control and automation with FIBARO’s gateways, including the Home Center 3 and Home Center 3 Lite. The device communicates via Z-Wave. The sensor triggers can be used for automation via the Z-Wave network.
