Shipping Courier Service

We use only signature courier delivery service. This means that all our items are shipped with tracking numbers and require a signature on delivery. So in the event of any issues, the customer is covered on lost items that have not been signed for (unless the customer requests the courier to leave the package without a signature). Fastway Couriers is our main courier service provider however some of our warehouses ship with different courier companies.

Shipping Prices

ACPonline now offers FREE SHIPPING on selected products (Please ask first) nationwide on all standard sized items. Larger items may incur a shipping charge. Each product has a shipping guide that will advise if the item qualifies for free shipping or provides an estimate of the shipping cost for that particular item. The actual shipping cost will be calculated and presented to you at the confirmation page before you submit your order.

Delivery Times

Auckland – Overnight
North Island – 1 to 2 Days
South Island – 1 to 3 Days

Please note: Delivery times are estimates based on the courier companies suggested delivery time. Please allow an extra 1-2 days for rural deliveries

Urgent Delivery

Acponline can arrange this upon client request which does incur additional charges

Tracking Your Order

If your order has not arrived within a few days of being processed please contact ACPONLINE and we can track your item online and can also supply you with the tracking details. We are happy to assist you with any courier investigations.
