Overview
The ControlByWeb® Temperature Sensor (X-DTS-S3C) is Water-Resistant and recommended for most indoor and outdoor applications. Designed to be water and weather resistant, it is ideal for use in a variety of environments.
The probes have a 1-Wire temperature sensor (DS18B20) encapsulated in to the stainless steel enclosure and has the internal sensor thermally coupled to the steel tube wall. This ensures very accurate response to the changing temperatures.
One sensor is included when ordering an XW-110 Plus™, and Temperature Module™, and it is also compatible with all ControlByWeb® products that monitor temperature.
A thermowell or other protective enclosure is required for continuous immersion in water.
