Micron’s two door access controller uses the industry standard 26-bit Wiegand format for communication with two RFID proximity readers and has a 500 date and time stamped event history.
Two programmable relay outputs feature fail safe and fail secure options. A further two programmable auxiliary outputs are each programmable for one of ten ancillary functions.
Egress request input, anti-passback,door forced or open too long alarm, block learning of cards and tags, optional alarm shut down after door closing, and many other options are all standard features in this very cost effective entry level access control.
The control is ‘self-contained’ and is programmed through an on-board keypad with a two character display and can store up to 1000 cards or tags. An RS-232 serial interface enables programming through a laptop or personal computer. No download software is needed as all data is displayed using a standard PC web browser.
